Born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, Summer obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in 2000.
With more than 7 years in legal, Summer accepted a position working with a small retail
developer in Arizona in 1999. Obtaining her Real Estate License in Arizona in 2002, and
specializing in energy-efficient improvements with LEED accreditation in 2012, Summer
acquired her Georgia and South Carolina Real Estate License in 2015.

Summer works primarily with Out of State Investors strategically acquiring, revitalizing,
and growing Residential income-producing real estate. Summer attributes her success
in real estate acquisitions, sales, development, and market revitalization to her legal
background and degree in economics. These skill sets have been invaluable to her
success working with Investors, fulfilling a unique market niche. Summer is very excited
about what is happening in the Augusta metro area. Summer has been closely involved
with several successful new businesses in the South East. The Augusta, GA market, and
the Greenville, SC market have been hubs for critical real estate investment needs. If
