Nicole has been working in the real estate industry to make her customers’ real estate dreams become a reality since 2013. She began her career as a licensed real estate assistant and subsequently developed and managed a team of more than 30 agents before venturing out as an independent REALTOR® in 2018. She loves the opportunity to build relationships, connect people in her community, and help buyers and sellers achieve their goals. She also has affiliations with the Hometown Hero Project and holds certifications in Home Staging and Military Relocation. In addition to her reputation for integrity and a strong work ethic, Nicole’s longstanding involvement in the community has made her a trusted business ally in Nassau County.

Nicole volunteers with Rotary International, Celebration Church, the Nassau County Healthy Initiative Coalition, and at Yulee Primary & Elementary Schools. She is a member of the North Florida Network of Women and serves as an ambassador to the AIFBY Chamber of Commerce as well as Lynch Syndrome International. When she isn’t busy with customers, you can find Nicole coaching Little League Cheer or having fun with her daughters at the beach.
