Lynn Rinker is a seasoned real estate professional and enjoys using her 25+ years of experience, education, and skills to help her clients achieve their goals.  She does this by listening carefully, finding creative solutions, effective communication, and negotiating.   These create excellent outcomes and pleasant experiences for her clients.

During her career, Ms. Rinker has been involved in many facets of the real estate profession.  Her experience ranges from performing due diligence for developers, cost-benefit analysis of repairs & upgrades for lenders, investors, and owners to maximize sale price and improve market impact, residential and commercial property management, and sales of residential properties from entry-level to luxury.   She spent most of her real estate career in southern California.  In 2020, she moved to Amelia Island.  Of course, she brought her passion for real estate and helping people with her.  Outside activities include serving as Treasurer of her HOA, golfing, walking on the beach, and volunteering at Cat’s Angels.

Her experiences in real estate and life give her a depth and breadth of understanding and knowledge of factors that may affect buyers and sellers.   Lynn understands that each client has specific needs and concerns that make each transaction unique and gives personal attention to client communication and service.  She utilizes technology, systems, and her team to handle more routine parts of the transaction.  This allows Lynn to give each aspect of the marketing and sale process personal attention, from the initial meeting through the successful close of escrow.
