Katie, a native of Nassau County, possesses an intimate knowledge of the area. She pursued her education at the University of South Florida, where she earned a B.A. in International Studies, and later completed a Master of Science in Information at Florida State University.

With a diverse career spanning the service industry, insurance, corporate finance, and education, Katie has honed her skills in research, marketing, negotiation, and client communication.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Katie finds joy in travel, photography, videography, and contributing to the local community theater scene.

Her fervor for real estate stems from a deep-seated passion to assist individuals in realizing their dreams of homeownership, and she endeavors to simplify and enhance the experience throughout the process.
