Joe has been a Fernandina Beach native since 1968. He graduated from Fernandina Beach High School in 1987, then shortly after joined the U.S. Air Force in 1989 where he served for 10 years.

Once returning home, he started and sold several local companies then moved to real estate in 2014. He has been a local top producer for the last 5 years. He recently earned the MRP designation (Military Relocation Professional) to be able to assist other veterans using the VA loan program and is eager to bring his background and knowledge to his clients.

He has one son and two daughters.
