I am a lifelong resident of this AMAZING island. I’m an active member of the Fernandina Pirates Club, our local not-for-profit club that strives to be The Goodwill Ambassadors of Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. In addition to real estate, I work in property management overseeing more than 400 commercial and residential properties and carry several certifications in negotiation and property management skills for the best- and worst-case scenarios.
