As a life-long resident of the CSRA, from living in Georgia and now just over the Savannah River in South Carolina, Derrick has a good knowledge of the two states.

He has been helping people temporarily furnish their places with furniture for 20 years during their temporary travel or relocation to the area. He has a passion for making sure those individuals or families have little to no stress during their relocation period. When his wife, Rita, began in real estate, he saw just how much joy it was in helping others find their place to call home. It was no surprise that Derrick would follow suit and team up with her to make an even greater impact!
