A highly motivated agent, Courtney, specializes in educating new buyers and introducing them to all that our “Mayberry by the Beach” has to offer. She has spent her career serving others and is thrilled to be part of such an energized, devoted, and innovative team. She has lived in Fernandina Beach for 11 years and has been a part of the Summer House Family for 6 years……..She has two young boys and a decorated husband, who continues to honorably serve his country after 18 years as a US Navy P8 pilot. Courtney is an enthusiastic and committed member of the community. She spends much of her free time with her husband and boys, enjoying all that Amelia Island and nearby Jacksonville offer. In her free time, she performs in community theater productions, takes classical voices, plays tennis, and sings on her church praise team.
