Passion, respect, integrity, and self-driven are things that you can depend on Belinda to deliver. To follow her dreams, Belinda moved from the county side of the Jacksonville area to the beautiful beaches of Fernandina, somewhere she has always wanted to live and work. As an empty-nester, she has all the time you desire to cater to your real estate needs.

Real estate comes second nature as she’s always been in the designing business where some of her work has received state recognition. For 28 years, she has worked to receive extensive experience in legal defense, managing large corporations, and directing in and outside sales for national companies. She comes from a large military background and is passionate regarding helping others in need. She volunteers for Purple Dove, Wounded Warrior Project, Veterans of America, Hands To Love, Numability (as she has a child with a disability who is now an ambassador to same) she is also a member of GFWC Junior Women’s Club. Her biggest asset is always striving for perfection and she will truly treat every single transaction as if it is her own.

When she isn’t working, Belinda spends time biking, enjoying time on the water, and thrives on meeting new people while enjoying the scenery and great food that Amelia and surrounding areas has to offer. Whether buying a new home, selling an existing home, just needing a referral, or have any questions concerning your real estate needs, Belinda is ready and willing to go the extra mile.
