Summer House Realty’s Newest Augusta Office

At Summer House Realty we have been fortunate to expand our foot print beyond Fernandina Beach, FL to include Augusta, GA. Our newest office located at 2735 Washington Road is nearing its completion. Our satellite office boasts over 3,000 square feet of office space for our 16 real estate agents. It also includes a 1,800 square foot outdoor patio. This new office will give us the ability to better serve our customers, as well as provide a clean modern space for hosting events, meetings, and private parties.
