What buyers want in Augusta
Most will be moving here to live on the property full-time, whether it's for medical school, to serve at/around Fort Gordon via Military Relocation, or to enjoy the Augusta area for all it's worth.
Proximity to their desired part of the CSRA and ease of commute certainly factor in, but you can't just move your location! So here's a few items to focus on:
Great upkeep of the exterior. Many people are active and love enjoying the outdoors - it's called the Garden City for a reason! And buyers will notice right away if your home isn't quite as well-maintained as the rest of the street.
